Love love the modern design. Quite a conversation piece when entering the room. Best to hire an electrician for easy install as I did. It is a large stunning piece and definitely a show stopper. Customer service from the seller was fantastic and prompt when asked for an additional piece. It is quite sturdy and well made. Great looking in daytime but especially during the evening.I’m very pleased with this product. Also, the customer service team was very accommodating and helpful in resolving my issues. Highly recommend!The look and size of this light was exactly want I wanted. The majority of the light is metal and well built. The company was easy to work with and even quickly sent a replacement globe for one that broke during shipping. As others have stated you do have to assemble this light which does require you to remove the plastic panel from each piece of the light and connect the structure and electrical. It isn't difficult but takes some time. I spent about an hour on assembly. The screws that come with the light are soft will strip very easily. Make sure you have a flat point on your Phillips bit and it won't give you any issues. I also used the G4 led bulbs and had no issues with power/transformer. They are a little tricky to insert but that's the nature of the G4 bulb. Would definitely recommend this light.Beautiful chandelier. Stunning to look at and so many countless ways to angle the branches.Instructions to put together are the tough spot. They’re very vague and you’ll have to figure it out on your own. After some inspecting you will understand it. The screws for the arms aren’t the best as a couple of the branches on mine are a little loose because the screws got easily stripped. You’ll want to ensure you install the hook & eye on both ends of the pole so the chandelier has wiggle room to adjust itself and balance. I learned this the hard way after having it installed then having to bring it back down because it was crooked. If you follow my guidance above you will absolutely love this chandelier with no headaches that I went through!!!We have had 2 electricians to our home before we finally figured out that the problem is in the chandelier. I'm so disappointed. My husband and I have been up and down the ladder probably 12 times. Every time it is installed, it trips the breaker. The first issue we encountered was the misinformation in the manual regarding the type of bulbs needed. That took an extra 10 days to resolve. Nowhere in the manual does it show you that you have to unscrew all of the plates in order to connect the wiring. To make matters worse, we just learned that we need to purchase a $60 transformer on top of the very expensive bulbs. Once you factor in the transformer, and bulbs you'll be adding $100 to the price, not to mention the time and frustration figuring out how to put this jigsaw puzzle together, and the trips back and forth to the breaker box. Ugg. Again, I'm just so sad and disappointed that after this long of a time I still don't have a light installed in my new home. BUYER BEWARE. READ THE QUESTIONS POSTED....ALL OF THEM. YOU ARE NOT GETTING THIS FOR A GOOD PRICE ONCE YOU FACTOR IN THE BULBS AND TRANSFORMER COSTS. From the sound of it, this product has been modified by the manufacturer many times. The videos they have shared with other frustrated customers were useless. A guy pointing a red stick at the elbows of the light....I don't know why they bothered.This took me about two hours start to finish assembling the fixture, installing it, setting the various arms at different angles. It's not the most intuitive fixture to assemble, but rather easy to figure out. I purchased dimmable LED lights which work well and didn't require me to add a transformer to the fixture. The light is stunning installed, and looks far more expensive than it was.Overall I am very happy with the light. It is a bit tricky to put together but worth it. I did run into a few problems with the item but these were quickly resolved with the seller. I was very impressed in how the seller resolved the issues. My one complaint is the light fixture does not offer a ton of light. The light wattage is limited by the size of the bulb.The light's style matched what I wanted and was well made, but wasn't bright enough for the space.The sellers were extremely reaponsive when we reported to them that they specified the wrong bulb (get 2-pin G4 LED , NOT G9 which won’t fit). Still awaiting final installation but we were able to connect to ceiling and all parts came unbroken and secured. A word of advice : the connector base isn’t standard for Canada and will require a little modification when mounting to standard plate but overall very happy with product and service !
