The lamp is good, very simple to assemble instructions where easy to follow. The only reason I knocked it down from 5 stars to 4 is that there was no indication that the lamps legs are not a long piece of wood. You have piece them together. There are seams half way up each leg. So from 4 feet away you can’t see the seams. But closer than that, you can tell.Easy to put together. Shade was hardest part but works fine. I really like the button you step on to turn light on.I like the style of this lamp. Quality is lower than expected, especially the Velcro lamp shade with odd assembly pieces. I didn’t like that it only has a foot light switch, but overall it’s a nice product. The color is sharp and it looks great in a mid century modern living room.Love this lamp. My end tables are too low to put a traditional height table lamp next to my couch. These give me the style and light that I need in my family room.Good looking and elegantI was a bit surprised when the lamp came in such a small box-wondering how all could fit in it. The lamp shade is eventually snapped onto the frame of the shade…that you need to snap together. It looks very pretty. Modern but the wood base keeps it warm for any living room. You will need to put together all three legs-simple enough. Not sure I felt like I got them very tight and that’s why I gave 4 stars. Maybe just my issue but I would still by again. For the price-couldn’t beat it.It looks like it’s from West Elm but a fraction of the cost! I love itThe assembly of the lamp was very simple and quick, very sturdy and well designed.Amazing value. The assembly instructions are clear and it took about 20 minutes to fully assemble from start to completion.We originally installed the shade’s wireframe upside-down. It was easy to correct.We used a zap strap to secure the power cord at the base of one of the legs.Hopefully the manufacturers read this: you need to entirely drill out the holes in the meals (part #3) that connect to the middle ring (part #5). There are still shards of metal in these holes, which makes it impossible to get the screws (part #6) in. Such a lazy manufacturing choice that makes this product impossible to assemble.This lamp is exactly what I wanted. It requires some assembly, and it was pretty easy. The instructions are simple to follow, and they sent a few extra parts, which is always nice. The style is great and the parts are good quality. I've seen some reviews that complain about the assembly, but it is really not bad. I think for the price, this is a really good lamp, and I'm very happy with it.The headline summarizes it pretty much. The tripod legs are featherweight and don't expand that much. The over quality is too cheap to warrant this price. I do not see the value more than $50 tops. Way better options out there including Costco for the same lookDecent lamp at a decent price.Provides a warm ambient glow to the room. Very Mid Century Modern.Sitting on a couch below the lamp, you can see the supports, which isn't ideal.Legs come in 3 pieces but assemble very tight and barely noticeable.
